MINOCQUA AREA COMPUTERS NOW LICENSED TO OFFER WARRANTY REPAIR SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS 

Minocqua Area Computers located in downtown Minocqua is now an Apple Authorized Service Provider. In addition to their spectrum of current services, Minocqua Area Computers is now licensed to provide warranty and non-warranty service to their customers. Local Apple computer owners will no longer have to drive two hours or ship their computer out for service. “We are happy to announce that Minocqua Area Computers is now an Apple Authorized Service Provider,” states Owner, Greg Myers. “Being able to offer local warranty and non-warranty repair service will benefit all Apple computer owners in the Northwoods”.  

Since opening in 2008, Minocqua Area Computers has offered its customers a diverse selection of products and services. After entering the convenient Old Depot Building location customers will see walls lined with Apple products and they can even test-drive the latest Apple computer technology. The iPod line (Touch, Nano, Shuffle and Classic) is a big seller as well as the Apple TV, cases, cables and external hard drives.

There is even a Macintosh User Group, Northern Bytes, that meets at the Lakeland Union High School on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30pm.
